Prestige offers complete facilities design and planning services on a negotiated fee basis to clients throughout the United States.

A preliminary design and space plan is developed, reflecting, the interaction between people and departments, equipment needs, conference areas, and seating.

A preliminary budget for the project is developed.

Both the preliminary design plan and budget are submitted for your approval.

After the initial plan has been approved or modified to your satisfaction, we submit A FINAL DESIGN AND SPACE PLAN.  This includes the following when appropriate:

• Detailed Floor Plan(s) 
• Complete Equipment Specifications
• Wall and Lighting Treatment
• Custom Millwork

The final plan may include presentation boards, fabric and material samples,  color renderings, isometrics and elevations, exploded perspectives, etc.

Upon approval of the final plan, we will provide detailed installations drawings for furniture and equipment.

The project designer will, if necessary, serve as consultant/coordinator during installation and/or construction phases.

After installation and break-in period, the project designer will be available for “fine tuning” and/or of the facility.

Re-design of the space due to revisions, expansion or re-definition of functions will also be available.
